This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kiran Sudhakar Shetye being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sunita Sudhakar Shetye died intestate at Mumbai on 29.10.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had two sons. One son of deceased namely Deepak Sudhakar Shetye died on 11.08.2023, who died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by only son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.05.2025 is filed. As petitioner is only surviving legal heir of deceased hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
