Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 20.05.2025 and thereby submits that in order dated 07.05.2025 middle name of the deceased is wrongly written as "Hement Krishnachand Mankame alias Hement Krishnachand Mankame" instead of "Hemant Krishnanand Mankame alias Hemant Krishnachand Mankame" and middle name of the deceased is also wrongly written as Dilip Krishnachand Mankame instead of "Dilip Krishnanad Mankame" and same may be corrected.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, perused petition. Hence, in order dated 07.05.2025, name of the deceased and petitioner is corrected and read as " "Hemant Krishnanand Mankame alias Hemant Krishnachand Mankame" and "Dilip Krishnanand Mankame".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 07.05.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
