TP/1262/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Dinesh Guchiya, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Saroj Vinodchandra Parekh being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Rambhaben Jethalal Parekh died intestate at Mumbai on 12.02.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 18.09.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased is annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Two sons of deceased namely Vinodchandra and Mahendra predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two daughters-in-law, one daughter, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them one daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
