This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nimesh Devendra Shah being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Sarla D. Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 23.10.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Devendra Ramanlal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 26.05.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 17.02.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased both the deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 are husband and wife and they were survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
