TP/1264/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Hemant U. Hasnale, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to both the deceased filed by petitioner namely Anjana Dhananjay Desai being daughter of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Mohini Mohan Kamath died intestate at Mumbai on 10.03.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

Deceased No. 2 namely G. Mohan Kamath died intestate at Mangalore on 22.11.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Kalpana Mohan Kamath died on 06.05.2024, who died as spinster. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
