This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anjana Dhananjay Desai being daughter of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Kalpana Mohan Kamath died intestate at Surat on 06.05.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

Deceased No. 2 namely G. Mohan Kamath died intestate at Mangalore on 22.11.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased No. 2 namely Mohini Mohan Kamath died on 10.03.2020. Deceased No. 2 was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. Deceased No. 1 was survived by one sister and one brother. Out of them sister is petitioner herein and brother has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
