The order for grant is already issued in this petition on 09.06.2025, before issuance of grant the office noticed the cross Petition No. 1265 of 2025.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner points out that the present Petition No. 1264 of 2025 is filed for the debts and securities jointly held by the deceased Nos. 1 and 2. Deceased No. 1 and 2 are husband and wife therefore, the assets held by them jointly and severally are mentioned in the schedule annexed to the petition.

3. TP No. 1265 of 2025 is filed for the debts and securities jointly and severally held by the deceased No. 1 with the deceased No. 2. Deceased No. 1 is daughter of deceased No. 2. The assets mentioned in the schedule are jointly held by deceased Nos. 1 and 2 and severally held by deceased No. 1.

4. In view of the above, assets mentioned in both the petitions are different. However, office is directed not to treat this petition as cross petition. Office to proceed with the order of grant issued on 09.06.2025. 22.07.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
