TP/1266/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Aditya Tayade i/b. Piyush Shah, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijaya Suresh Shingote being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Suresh Baban Shingote died intestate at Pune on 03.03.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 28.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
