This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rafia Khatoon w/o. Nazeer Ahmed being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Dr. Nazeer Ahmed died intestate at Bengaluru, Karnataka on 05.01.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 05.11.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, two sons and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.03.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is awaited. Delay is explained.
