TP/1269/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Lakdwala and Co., Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jitendra Shantikumar Banker being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kantaben Shantikumar Banker died intestate at Mumbai on 18.09.1986. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 29.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.03.2025. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
