TP/1274/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Mevalal Verma, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sushma Satish Sawant being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Satish Gopal Sawant died intestate at Mumbai on 11.08.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner filed Additional Affidavit dated 27.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceaed the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by his widow who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.04.2025 is filed. As the petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
