TP/1287/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Urvashi Haryan, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jyoti Charul Shah being married granddaughter of deceased. Deceased namely Taraben Chunilal Master died intestate at Mumbai on 19.06.1993. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 14.01.2025 is filed for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Rashmikant died leaving behind his widow and one daughter. Deceased was survived by daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. Out of them granddaughter is petitioner herein and the daughterin-law has her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 04.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
