TP/1292/2025 (E-filing) Mr. V. K. Rajbhar, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Parul Kashyap Jhaveri being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Kashyap Rasiklal Jhaveri died intestate at Mumbai on 19.08.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceaed the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by his widow only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.04.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs of the deceased hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
