1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Petitioner is seeking extension of Succession Certificate issued in this matter. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 01.05.2026 stating that Succession Certificate was issued to the petitioner on 15.07.2025.

2. After the grant was issued, the petitioner has traced certain shares as stated in para No. 6 of the said Affidavit and therefore, petition is required to be amended as per Exhibit - "C" annexed to the said Affidavit. Petitioner is only surviving class I legal heir of deceased.

3. In this matter, court fees of Rs.10,000/- is already paid.

4. In view thereof, petitioner is allowed to carry out amendment in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

In the meantime, petitioner to surrender the original Succession Certificate dated 15.07.2025 in this Registry.

5. After carried out the amendment in the petition, office to issue extension of Succession Certificate in this matter.
