Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time to carry out an amendment, which has been granted by the undersigned officer, vide an order dated 23.07.2025. Considering the submission, the time to carry out an amendment, vide a referred order, stands extended by 04 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that he is able to submit the death certificates of the grandparents of the deceased. In view of this statement, upon production of the true copy of the death certificate of grandparents of the deceased, reverification is dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment. 3.

Alternatively, upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.
