TP/1309/2025 (E-filing) Mr. S. U. Lakdwala, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kantagauri Govindji Pancholi being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Govindji Bhagwanji Pancholi died intestate at Gujarat on 08.02.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
