TP/1337/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sudhir Yadav, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Haresh Dwarkadas Merchant being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Sanjay Dwarkadas Merchant died intestate at Uttr Pradesh on 18.12.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by only one brother who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.04.2025. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
