1. Perused Petition. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mitali Agnelo Fernandes being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Agnelo Patrick Fernandes died intestate at Mumbai on 22.10.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Krishna Agnelo Fernandes died intestate at Mumbai on 29.04.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.08.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of both the deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that as per para No. 4 of the petition deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.04.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 16.04.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 06.04.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
