The petitioner to comply the objections raised on 14.08.2025. Attesting witnesses says that the signature of the testator is in english, but signature is not in English. Hence, the petitioner to explain the same fact.

The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 419 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as the the testator has impressed the Thumb or signature is different than the language used to prepare the Will.
