Upon perusal of petition, it is noticed that Sr. Nos. 1 to 7 are separately owned by the two deceased therefore, petitioner is required to pay separate court fees for the said estate. Since, property is separately owned by individuals, it is separate estate within the term estate as per section 23 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. Petitioner to clarify the ownership of each property separately in the Schedule.
