This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely Shankarlal Puran Jain, Nainu Shaunak Thacker, Pashupati Krishna Advani, Harish Prito Ramchandani and Neeraj Manoharlal Rawal being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Mohan Hotchand Shahani died at Mumbai on 20.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 28.02.2023. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 3 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executors. Only Seven Executors appointed under the Will and out of them five executors are petitioners herein. One executrix namely Dr. Shanti Mohan Shahani died and her death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "E". Remaining executor namely Anand Puri has renounced his rights to act as Executor and Affidavit dated 22.01.2025 is filed to that effect.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. The details of class II heirs are not specifically mentioned in para No. 7 of the petition. Hence, Advocate to take steps accordingly.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Deepa Watsa dated 03.02.2025 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 06.05.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant. Hence, remove from board. 27.06.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
