1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioners. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Sachin Satish Rao and Shilpa Satish Rao being brother and sister of deceased. Deceased namely Sanjay Satish Rao died intestate at USA on 25.11.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as divorcee as per the decree of Court of USA. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased is survived by one brother and one sister who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.04.2026 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
