Advocate for the petitioner submitted the citation issued to Bhupendersingh, a person suffering from the Mental abnormalities was received by the petitioner being the guarding appointed under the provisions of the National Trust Act, 1999. he undertakes to file such praecipe. He prayed for acceptance it as compliance of requisition dated 02.07.2025. The petitioner to file an additional affidavit to prove the certificate issued under the provisions of the National Trust Act, 1999. 3.
