Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.

The Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that he has served the Citation on the legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, considering the averment about the metal health of Bhupinderdeep Johal, as mentioned int eh Will, the Ld. advocate for the petitioner ensure and satisfied that the service is properly affected on the said heir.

Furthermore, if the petitioner is receiving the grant for the use and benefit of the such person, who comes under the provisions of the Rule 422(1) (a) of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980, then the petitioner to take steps to justify the surety to the administration Bond.
