Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in earlier order, requisition vide Rule 422 of Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 has been raised. However, it is not applicable to this petition, but in respect of the other petition. He submitted that whatever pension benefits are given to Bhupinderdeep Johal (Pamu) are already to effected in the record of the Government office and therefore nothing to be remained to be given to said legatee under the Will. Submission is taken on the record. The petitioner to ensure that such statement is made in the petition or otherwise.
