1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner objected to mark the presence of Ld. Advocate for the caveator on ground that he has not filed an Vakalatnama. Ld. Advocate for the caveator submits that he undertakes to file the Vakalatnama in the matter. Hence, his appearance is marked.

Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to take /steps to withdraw the Judge's order having (L)/32998/2025. Hence, adjourned.

While scrutiny of the Judges Order, it notices that the deceased has bequeathed the amount standing in the accounts to the nominee of the said accounts. Hence, it would be proper to call the information from the petitioner about the nominee of these accounts, mentioned in the paragraph No. 9 c and 9 d of the Will. The petitioner to ensure that list of nominees will be furnished on the next date.

4. Petitioner to ensure that Provisions of Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 are complied with.

5. As there is no affidavit in support of the caveat, Hence, the petitioner is posted for passing an order, according to law. Ld. Advocate for the Caveator to seek dirctions from the Hon'ble Court, in this regard.
