TP/1386/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Chintan Yogesh Shah, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Atul Avnidher Jhumkhawala being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Avnidhar Chandulal Jhumkhawala died intestate at Mumbai on 16.12.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased No. 1 viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Kumud Avnidhar Jhumkhawala died intestate at Mumbai on 24.05.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased No. 2 viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
