TP/1387/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Amol Joshi, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Priyanka Nandkumar Sawant being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Nandkumar Khema Sawant died intestate at Mumbai on 22.11.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.05.2025 is filed. Petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
