1. It appears that, Surety, namely Manju Rahul Singh in administration bond has already given surety in TP/5368/2024 for Rs. 4,04,15,982/-, TP/6042/2024 for Rs.

1,00,02,000/-, TP/6043/2025 for Rs. 2,16,00,000/-, TP/19/2025 for Rs. 1,64,50,000/- and TP/1603/2025 for Rs. 5,10,00,000/-. Hence, petitioner to explain whether surety can honour the amount given in the schedule -I of these petitions.

Furthermore, the department to seek directions from the Hon'ble Court in this regard to ascertain the eligibility of the surety.
