He would therefore persuade the Court to allow him to change the surety namely Manju Rahul Singh submitted in Administration Bond and allow him to file a fresh Administration Bond with new surety. His request stands allowed. Petitioner is permitted to change the surety in the present matter in place of earlier surety which is already submitted.

Registry is directed to issue Letters of Administration in the present Testamentary Petition after filing of fresh Administration Bond with new surety in accordance with law.
