This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging jointly to deceased Nos. 1 and 2 filed by petitioner namely Ralph Anthony Fernandes being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Edwin Peter Fernandes died intestate at Mumbai on 08.02.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Joyce Mary Fernandes died intestate at Mumbai on 07.03.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by two sons and three daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the another son and three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
