After the order for grant was passed on 04.08.2025, office has traced the Cross Petition being TP No. 4240 of 2025 which is also listed on board today at Sr. No. 10. Advocate appearing for petitioner in both the petitions are present today.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioners in both the petitions states that the properties mentioned in the Schedule of both the petitions are different and they are not same and identical in both the petitions. Ld. Advocate for petitioner in TP No. 4240 of 2025 has no objection if Succession Certificate is granted in favour of the petitioner herein.

3. In view of thereof, office is directed not to treat TP No. 4240 of 2025 as a cross petition and proceed for issuance of grant of Succession Certificate as per order dated 04.08.2025.
