This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pearl Judy Fernandes being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Joseph Leonard Oscar died intestate at Ontario, Canada on 11.10.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
