Petitioner (Poonam Vijay Chugh) has filed an affidavit affirmed on 20.01.2025 along with the certificate issued by the authority appointed under the National Trust Act, 1999, issued in respect of Amit Chugh, for whose benefit the trust is formed by the deceased-testator in his Will.

Hence, the petitioner to take steps to justify the surety to Administration Bond, in respect of the legacy given to Amit Chugh vide Rule 422(1)(a) of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned for the steps. 3.
