1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has complied with all the requisitions. He further submitted that in the Will statement about the mental situation of Amit Chug is incorrectly mentioned and in this regard, the petitioner has filed affidavit supported with the Medical Certificate of the Doctor. Petitioner to ensure that such certificate is in compliance of the Law, provided in this regard without refereeing the relevant observation and in absence of the signature of the person. Hence, adjourned for explanation.
