Petitioner to file administration bond for the gross amount of Schedule-I, as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Petitioner to publish the citation within the local limits where the deceased is having his native place/birth place, as the case may. Furthermore, the petitioner to state about the legal heirs of the deceased, vide Sec. 15 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
