TP/1479/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Lakdawala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jayanand Shreekrishna Kokatay being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Shreekrishna Sadashiv Kokatay died intestate at Mumbai on 20.07.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Suniti Shreekrishna Kokatay died intestate at Pune on 21.12.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 18.12.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased are husband and wife. Parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them the son is petitioner herein and the both daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
