1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 22.07.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 17.07.2025 name of the deceased is wrongly written is "Shyama" instead of "Shyam" and marital status of the deceased is written as "Widower" instead of "Married", same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 17.07.2025 name of the deceased and marital status of the deceased are corrected and read as "Shyam" instead of Shyama and "Married" instead of Widower.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 17.07.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
