This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shrenik Jayantilal Jain being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jayantilal Lalchand Shah (Jain) died intestate at Mumbai on 10.01.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and five daughters. Out of them Son is petitioner herein and all five daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.

5. The Advocate for petitioner is required to carry out amendment as mention the word "Debts" in the title of petition. Amendment is granted. Advocate to carry out all consequential amendment into the petition. Grant to be issued when amended petition upload on the official website of the Bombay High Court.
