TP/1500/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Ajit S. Hodage, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sanjay Kanu Mehta being son of deceased. Deceased namely Gulbadan Kanu Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 01.11.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 17.12.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceaed the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
