This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Gopal Rohra being son of deceased. Deceased namely Meera Gopal Rohira died intestate at Mumbai on 25.04.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
