This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Suman Kanchan Bagri and Ravi Mohanlal Bagri being daughter-in-law and son of deceased. Deceased namely Mohanlal Sohanlal Bagri died intestate at Mumbai on 31.10.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Kanchan predeceased the deceased leaving behind his widow, one son and one one daughter. Deceased was survived by one daughter, one son, one daughter-in-law, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them son and daughter-in-law are petitioners herein and the daughter, grandson and granddaughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 25.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
