This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kalyani Dilip Baing being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Dilip Tukaram Baing died intestate at Mumbai on 30.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.05.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant. Hence, remove from board. 30.06.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
