1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kalyani Dilip Baing, who is wife of deceased. Deceased namely Dilip Tukaram Baing, who said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 30.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and two daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner and all legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.05.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.06.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
