This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rima Tapan Patel being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Tapan Mukesh Patel died intestate at Dhule, Maharashtra on 30.09.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, widow and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and mother has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Petitioner has given consent on behalf of two minor sons of deceased being their mother and natural guardian. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.05.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
