This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Usha Hansraj Jerajani being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Bhagwandas Ratansey Jerajani died intestate at Mumbai on 21.12.1982. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 04.03.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Dilipsingh Bhagwandas Jerajani died on 18.10.2004, who died as bachelor. Another son of deceased namely Hansraj Bhagwandas Jerajani died 18.07.1998 leaving behind his widow who died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one daughter-in-law who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.05.2025 and Administration Bond dated 12.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
