TP/1559/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Kunal Jadhav, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vilas Sadashiv Pednekar being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Pramodini Vilas Pednekar died intestate at Mumbai on 06.10.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband and one daughter. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
