This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hanoz Homi Baria being son of deceased. Deceased namely Homi Pirojshaw Baria died intestate at Mumbai on 30.04.1983. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 23.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
