This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Yashvi Sanjay Doshi being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Vaishali Sanjay Doshi died intestate at Mumbai on 13.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and husband has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.04.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
