This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Manisha Prakash Mhatre being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Prakash Madhukar Mhatre died intestate at Mumbai on 06.07.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one daughter and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner and son has given his consent through Power of Attorney holder being his mother who is petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. Power of Attorney dated 05.03.2024 is annexed to the petition cannot be accepted as it is not executed before the competent authority. Hence, petitioner to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 04.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
